A little disappointed in my new Prusa MK3S. It arrived at my door May 5, so I've had about a month and a half. Now I can't print anything because I get mintemp bed error. This happened about 20 hours into a 26 hour print too, so big waste of PETG. If I wiggle the bed cable, the temp drops to 0 then back to room temp, so it's a bad cable on the thermistor. I'm waiting for a response back from Prusa to see if they'll warranty or not, but just disappointing that this happened only 6 weeks in. Prusa is supposed to be one of the best builds, but even my cheapies didn't have issues this soon.
OK vent finished...I'm sure they'll get back to me with a satisfactory response.

after minimal back and forth (they needed a video as part of their process), they will be sending a new thermistor. I have to say, Prusa support is very easy to deal with, and generally respond within 48 hours. I am impressed.

After the part arrived, the instructions to change it, on the Prusa support site, are very detailed. In no time, I was up and printing again. Very happy with their support.
