The normal one on my 12V 3DP11 printed perfectly, however its mirror 3D printing on my 24V 3DP12 took a dive into the model ripping all the spiral gear blade off.
This problem has not occurred for a long time and though had completely fixed the problem, I guess will have to re-examine all steps took to fix problem the first time.
Sense did not see what actually happened this is my best guess from past experiences. When I went to check it was still printing in mid air the gear blades twisted like a tornado had hit it...
I know should have taken a picture, though was so exaggerated, ripped it off the bed an threw it into the waste basket...

Very nice looking model, thanks for sharing. Before you go to a bunch of trouble trying to fix a problem you may have already fixed, is it possible a minor glob formed and caught the model this one time? Worth reprinting to see if it occurs again?

Thank you! I forget this sometimes.
One should always think there way thru a program rather than jumping in with both feet an doing a complete overhaul.
An it is possible that a simple glob started it all.

That's always the problem after you've "been through it all" for a while. Like when you have computer issues and start shopping for parts or editing the registry, completely skipping "did you turn it off and on again?" when that's all you needed to do.

May have found part of the problem.
Prusaslicer has no Z-Hop on jump I am used to raising Z-Axis when moving to next printing surface.

There are two places in PrusaSlicer that control the Z Hop.
Under the Printer Settings > Etruder 1 > Retraction:
Here you'll see Lift Z: is set to 0.4mm by default, however this is overridden by the filament settings.
Go to Filament Settings > Filament Overrides > Retraction:
Now tick the Lift Z checkbox and set the Z Hop height your require.
