Not sure why this happens on a new hot bed surface, though for some reason nothing sticks for a while. Could be that is need to cure, could have oily surface what ever the reason it is hard to get my models to stick. Until what is causing the problem fixes itself, so am printing on Vinyl transfer tape stuck to the bed.

I get that sometimes with my spring steel sheets...washing with a damp soapy cloth, then rinse with a damp (not soapy) cloth, then follow up with IPA generally does the trick for me...

I have a fine sanding block that I gently swirl over the PEI sheets and then use an alcohol pad on it. About every third print.

Couldn't get anything to stick to the textured sheet from Prusa. So I scrubbed it with a Mr Clean magic eraser until the shine dulled a little...now everything sticks and I only have to clean occasionally with IPA or with soap then IPA
