My order of nozzles came in today shown below.
Quantity
| Size
|
|
| 5 | 0.2 mm | 5 | 0.3 mm | 22
| 0.4 mm | 5 | 0.5 mm | 5 | 0.6 mm | 5 | 0.8 mm | 5 | 1.0 mm |
This make a total of 52 nozzles, everything went perfect though wish the storage container had individual areas for each size nozzle. This would allow for a permanent storage for my newly purchased nozzles. that being said decided on printing one of the many Nozzle boxes.
This would make 3 rolls of each size nozzles in two boxes, an a third full of 0.4mm nozzles with spare 0.4mm nozzles.
This should last me through the Year.

I found a better Nozzle box it states that it can be printed with any 3D Printer.
How can this be!!! I guess I will try it...

Ok ! ! !
My 1st attempt was not perfect and it also was not a disaster.
The Pr-made G-Code was modified to get rid of Printer specific G-Code. It printed OK, though it took me too long to Tune in my nozzle height variance between my Hictop and the original G-Code for Prusa Mini.
I have the offset dialed in now of between -0.395 thru -0.415mm that can be changed using Probe offset. I still want to remove the Auto Bed Leveling G-Code not needed using current version of Marlin firmware.
Will try again using a Paper bed to allow more adhesion for 0.2mm single layer Color on Decal. This simple Logo took 4 filament changes an because was not dialed in with nozzle height the base color under extruded the lettering.

That's a lot of nozzles...I think I only change 4 or 5 a year between all 3 printers...although on my older printers I was changing pretty much weekly.

A few more modifications while printing on a Vinyl Transfer paper tape bed. An here is the Result, Wow I missed a couple of filament changes.
Still not perfect wish I could have increased decal layer height to 0.4mm but all my efforts failed.
Will post to the designer an ask If they could show me how I can increase the decal layer with my 3D Printer.
One More Problem The Nozzles I purchased are too tall to fit inside this box, So OK I'll use a rubber band to keep the lid closed until I can figure out how to increase the boxes height.

surprised if only the gcode was posted and no stl or 3mf also, if you want alternates to fixing that one, Prusa is having a nozzle box competition, so many designs available at www.printables.com/contest/61-nozzle-holders

I took Nozzle Box Higher Contrast Nozzle Box posted on here added a modifier to reduce the nozzle holders squiggly lines.
It printed good, still messed up on filament color changes though but it does not matter, even the mistakes make it look better.
The Pale Blue top in the same color of the decal " Nozzles " under a single layer of the Color " Flesh " which is my mistaken filament color change. In the O of " Nozzles " there is a sliver of the Black color from the horizontal bars, this must have fallen off the extruder during printing.
Other than these errors it was a excellent print.
