Something off about my first layer - Any advice?

Now that  you clicked, this is kind of click bait.  I printed this longer flat item on the Hictop the other night and the stickage and smoothness of the first layer is pretty amazing really.

Edit: I have the speed set at 70mm and the accelerations at 1500
