I have noted a distinctive difference between the SD card Print and the OctoLapse Print textures. Noted: in the Photos above the model on right was printed with the SD Card While Model on the left within OctoPrint's Octolapse. You will note a distinct texture difference. Will print another model using same ABS filament with SD card to verify if smoothness returns.

I am trying again to get a decent print while using Octoprint time lapsed video recorders.
Shown Below is a model done today using a Raspberry Pi 2 B > Octoprint > Time lapse, now this is really a bad print.
I would appreciate help from anyone who is using Octoprint with a Raspberry Pi any version and are getting better prints while trying to record. I may just be that I need to upgrade to a better Raspberry Pi.
Thank You.

Note: I vaguely remember drilling out some old used nozzles this nozzle may be one that is drilled out to about 0.5mm will test. ||||: Printed a mini Benchy this is what I did. Whew ...
I need to do another test after my New Nozzles get here to see what happens.

New nozzles have arrived and are printing perfectly even though was told that they are not for my 3D Printers hot-end.

Today I purchased two Raspberry Pi 4 to replace my old slow Raspberry Pi 3's.
These have to be purchased on separate orders as the limit is one per order. This will give me two free Raspberry Pi 3 for unknown purposes may try to build a quad-copter drone.
When that arrive I will retest OctoPrint's Octolapse to see if this faster Pi 4 will fix my print quality.

Adafruit states you can only purchase a single raspberry Pi at a time, this does not mean you can not have two separate single board orders.
Delivery is expected for both my Raspberry Pi 4's today in two separate packages. Though I have to work will get to flashing and configuring them for Octoprint.

Have been using OctoPrint for 3 Years now, only used OctoPrint > OctoLapse once or twice because of the surface layer texture. However when not recording using Octolapse have printed many models with good results. Most of my prints done with SD prove best results. For the most part Octoprint is used by me only for the web camera link, this is the main reason for purchasing the Pi 4's. I want to be able to make more Octolapse recordings with the same quality as my SD prints.
Have not started this project yet, it has been so long since configuring Octoprint will need to get re-acquainted with the procedure.
Will post my results when finished.

Flashed the firmware, now need to plug in controllers, whoops, OK not there yet new Raspberry Pi 4's require a USB-C cable to work which I need to get. They should have left the power cable the alone they did not need changing, I like improvements though see no reason they changed the power connector. Will go to the nearest dollar store to get a couple USB to USB-C cables then will have to wait again for time to finish my configurations. Seems like there is always something getting in the way of having fun with my 3D printers recently.....
Finally got to our local Dollar Store, picked up two of the correct cables and configured both for the basic operations. An a few optional plugins that I decided were a must have. will post more when I can find and install them all, seems some have been upgraded and moved
First are for webcam FullScreen Plugin, WebcamTab and OCtoPrint-WideScreen

1st comparison between the two Raspberry Pi controllers is that the Pi 4 defiantly boots faster.
Could not get all old plugins working, below is the new interface
Installed plugins OctoPrint-WideScreen Octolapse Simple Emergency Stop Themeify
don't forget the Full Screen display in a previous post.
I guess that about covers my plugins.

This plugin is no longer on my list, I like to see what is happening when using controls.

Started my 1st ever dual printer Octoprint > Octolapse record During Octolapse record you can preview this is a function that has never worked on the older Raspberry Pi Octoprint systems. This is neat that I can view the Octolapse print preview while still 3D Printing the Models, either it never worked before or its an upgraded feature of Octolapse.
I still on occasions need to adjust Z-Axis baby steps to get the bed height what I call the perfect height to start printing.
Though this would be another complete Post explaining why I feel the need to use baby steps to obtain the perfect starting height. Printing now for 1 hour with 50 minutes to go then will attach the Octolapse video links.
1 image per layer with Nozzle parked at Back Right Rear, now I know this was my error I wanted back left rear.
.02 layer height 35% infill Print Speed 72% 5.8mm ^3 per sec a little slower than normal though this is a Dino Bag Clip
