Pi 3B+

So I realised that a "retro gaming system" that I already had was built on a Pi 3B+. So I decided to format another sd card to try out octoprint. So far, it's pretty interesting. For additional plugins, I have bed visualizer, octoanywhere, and printoid plugin. I'm also trying out OctoRemote, OctoApp, and Printoid to access Octoprint remotely from my phone. I've been pretty happy with being able to check on a print while away from home and at work. I do need to work on camera placement, but to do it properly, I may just need to buy a new camera for the monitoring, or try to design a mount for the one I already have from my PC.

Octoprint is really fun to work with. I was trying to use a Pi 3B+ while using OctoLapse this causes fuzzy skin on all slower Raspberry Pi's and found that needed a Pi 4+.
Left fuzzy using OctoLapse right perfect ABS no OctoLapse using a Pi 3B+

Odd...why would a plugin to do timelapse video affect a print? Any theories?

I was using OctoPrint to control the Print as well as the Octolapse video stream.
I assumed the Pi 3B+ just did not have the power to control both at the same time. Though could be many other reasons, would welcome any response to what could be the answer.

Is your 3B+ a 1GB, 2GB, 4GB or 8GB?
My minimal understanding is that the 1GB will run Octoprint just fine, but if you have a lot of plugins you would want at least the 2GB
