Not sure what that version number is. The current version is 4.7.1 and there is a 4.8 beta available. But I would suggest the alternative of trying PrusaSlicer 2.3.0 Alpha 1. In this version you can paint on where you want supports, or paint off where you don't.

Tried Prusa Slicer, it appeared to work though when I tried to save the g-code got a error that my Start and end G-code error-ed. So I loaded Slic3d Prusa Edition Version 1.3.9.2+Win64 which works with my startup and End G-Code, though Have not 3D Printed at this time... Cura 15.04.6 is one of the Ultimaker's first Slicers available, it's difficult to get a copy of Cura 15.X these days (sorry). I even tried Creality Slicer 1.2.3 which is a Cura 15.04.6 Profile compatible version with the save Support error as Cura15.04.6.
Thank you for the Slicer Advice, Though I used a newer Ultimaker Cura 3.6.0,

To all who helped Thank You. What I found was on " Ultimaker Community of 3D Printing Experts " posted by Labern " you can change the x-y distance " Started to Play with the Distance X/Y (mm) found that a change from 0.7 to 0.8 was all it took now I have supports in Cura 15.04.6.
For this Model

I have always tried the New Slicers, That is part of the Fun. Will download and see if it will work on my 3D Printer. Reloaded PrusaSlicer 2.2.0 it allowed me to slice this time then 3D Print a Ear Saver Dragon.
I never heard my 3D Printer make sounds like it was struggling to get a print before, though it was making more noise than I have ever heard it make before. Normally the printer is so quite that have to look twice to see if it is still 3D Printing or finished outside of a few quite beeps never hear it moving... This was like you have a car at half throttle while riding the clutch and barely moving, the steppers were buzzing a growling like they were being held back.
Will need to learn a lot more about perfecting this slicers settings.

This is a sample of what I hear, though this is not my 3D Printer

OK lost this Post will try again... Also may have found a fix I changed my Marlin 2.06 configuration using the LCD, clicking display my menu then selecting Configuration > Advanced Settings > Acceleration > AMax Z: from 100 to 300 This allowed my 3D Printer to quit making the crazy sounds.
After finding the above post decided to try again on Prusa Slicer. I installed my Startup and End G-Code in Slic3r and after a quick slice and test print decided to try again to get Prusa Slicer to operate correctly.
Before removing Prusa Slicer went in to see what could have went wrong and remover all my configurations and still the error occurred.
Removing all of Prusa Slicer from my computer, began to re-configure the settings to see what went wrong the first time.
First configuring a Hictop 3D Printers settings the adding a few Slicer Settings for .24 and .28 layer heights I added my start and ending G-Code. This time Prusa Slicer took the configuration and allowed me to Slice and Export the sliced G-Code.
Currently printing my First Prusa Slicer 2.2.0 G-Code Sliced Model.
Well more settings to adjust print did not look very good Will Continue this under Prusa Slicer
