Today I was following instructions that if I take my nozzles heat them to Red hot I could reuse my nozzles like they were brand new.
Looking at the nozzles.
The top most nozzle looks like it is garbage, the hole is so large do not believe anything can be done to save it. The lowest and Right nozzles looks like it collided with the aluminum bed and could be fixed with the purchase of precision nozzle drill bits.
The Left nozzle is ready to be re-tested to see if the heating it to Red hot and cleaning with a Euro Tool has worked.
OR Maybe all nozzles are dead without being able to measure the diameter of the nozzle hole there is no way to tell.
Retired these nozzles some time ago an read, on many occasions to heat them red hot to restore then to working condition.
Wish I could remember how long the top nozzle was in use before it was retired.

Interesting experiment. I'd be interested in your results. I've always just tossed old nozzles and replaced because they're like 5 bucks for 10 on amazon. now with Prusa, I've only had to change 1 nozzle in the last 10 months, so it's even cheaper. But I had to change on my old Ender and my old Sidewinder all the time. Great printers, but not sure why they killed nozzles so fast and Prusa don't...

Made a dyslexic mistake, The Left Nozzle is good.
It is currently back on the 3D Printer working Perfectly. However the nozzle that was on my 3D Printer when all my models started coming out poorly has not been re-tested. Will need to purchase Nozzle Drills it I decide to try and drill them out,
Shoot!!! Just looked At my Nozzle order and ordered the wrong Nozzles, will have to see if they will allow me to return them an order the correct ones..

Have never had any leaks on my Hot-End, Though they have been through a lot of use and appear to have wore out or hit the hot bed. Still do not know what caused the one nozzle to enlarge the opening to such a extreme diameter. I decided to keep the nozzles, I did a test fit on some spare parts an parts appear to fit perfectly together. If I have problems Will send to a friend that has a machine they will work on.
Actually now that you mentioned it will install a new nozzle now.

Installed the Nozzle, did a test print. Noticed that after the Print my G-Code to bring the move Model to front was too fast. Will adjust move to front G-Code.
