Hello I have an Ender 3 Pro and love it. A few times there were few things I wanted to print but the bed is a lil small for those prints. I'm thinking on going with the 300XL. That will give me a 300X 300Y 400Z I would have liked the 400x400x500 but that's too big for where I have my printer. SO I was wondering if anyone tried one of those kits yet. After new year I'm gonna pull the trigger

Hello burce19 Welcome to the Forum.
I have been thinking about this with my 3D Printer for a long time now, though there is no kit available for my 3D Printers. To make the changes easiest for my 3D Printer wanted to simply increase only the Z-Axis height. allowing extra height for models wanting to print.
Have never installed this kit though believe it to be a simple process, as my 3D Printer was purchased used and came without any instructions. If it was not for a You-Tube Assemble video I watched before the purchase an during the entire assemble process it would have taken longer to assemble I like watching You-Tube Video's for new projects, watching the video makes you feel like you have done it before an the procedures go a lot smoother.

Sorry, I never did try that on my old Ender 3 Pro. However, I have read from people who have it that they tend to like it. My only issue, why I never tried the extender, is that it is almost as much as the printer. So for myself, to get the larger space, I went with a Artillery Sidewinder X1. I liked the flexibility of having both printers, and they usually ran at the same time. But whether you go with Ender Extender or a 2nd large volume printer, I'm sure you'll be happy with the result. We are here to help either way.

This is a very good point, my two 3D Printer do not take much more space than a single 3D Printer.
Though After the holidays I will purchase the parts and Raise both my 3D Printers to a new Z-Axis height. The parts will include 2 T-Slot 2020 supports rails, 2 T8x2 Lead-screws an 2 Smooth rods. Will measure the length of all parts add my additional height then order the new lengths. Bearing in mine that I will need to add Z-Axis support braces more for my peace of mind that for the printers support...
Found when ordering parts in quantity is cheaper thous leads me to having so many extra parts that I could build another 3D Printer using spare parts.
