I am blown away. I wanted to learn 3D modeling, so I tried downloading Blender and Fusion 360. Both confuse the hell out of me. I know there are tons of youtube videos that would make learning easier, and I intend to get to them eventually, but just haven't had the time. But I needed a part for work, a simple jig for hanging stickers straight. I heard TinkerCAD was easy, so got an ok from my manager to use that when I was slow at work to design this jig. Within about 20 minutes I had a working design. I still don't know how to design anything complex, but the tools seem to be there and easy to use, so I may try that another day. But TinkerCAD will definitely be my go to at the very least until I have a firm understanding of what I'm doing.

Thinkercad is a great place to start learning I have designed many 3D models Using this online based Cad program.
Including a VCR test jig, this fake VCR Tape jig allows you to the align, Clean, lubricate the VCR While faking it out to think it has a real tape installed. Allowing for mechanical adjustments torque on the spindles, inserting an removal of tape without tape jams until VCR is correctly working...
Well some people still have VCR's.

Tinkercad is an amazing program. I did not think much of it until I started teaching my grandson. It is very powerful. One you get the grasp of it, you can produce some really nice designs. Moving up, I would recommend FreeCAD. It is a great non-cloud based design program, actively being developed.

ThinkerCad is good though I went to Fusion 360 free for personal use.
